350 gr di broccoli

1 cipolla
2 spicchi d’aglio
2 fette di pane

Lavate il broccolo e dividetelo in cimette. Sbucciare le patate e tagliatele a dadini.
Tritate la cipolla con uno spicchio d’aglio soffriggerli con un filo d’olio, aggiungete le patate e lasciate cuocere per qualche minuto. Unite le cime di broccolo e lasciare insaporire per altri 3 minuti, coprire il tutto con il brodo, portare a bollore e fate cuocere per 20 minuti.
Tagliate il pane a dadini e fatelo dorare con un filo d’olio e l’altro spicchio d’aglio.
Frullate la zuppa fino a ottenere una crema omogenea, (lasciate qualche cimetta di broccolo e qualche cubetto di patate per la decorazione) servitela con i crostini con olio a crudo e pepe.
